You have the flexibility to set up your BBQ station the night before the event if you prefer.
Alternatively, you can roll in at 7 AM on the day of the festival and get your grill on.
Our panel of expert judges will be on hand to evaluate your culinary creations and determine the rankings of the entries. There are great prizes at stake, but more importantly, you'll earn bragging rights as the BBQ champions of the Blues, Brews, and Barbeques Festival!
We're aiming to gather 15 top-notch BBQ teams, and you'll be allocated fantastic spots right in front of our brewery, ensuring maximum exposure and a front-row seat to all the festival action.
Once your team registers, we'll provide you with all the rules and guidelines you need to know. Since this is our inaugural event, we're eager to receive your input leading up to the festival and your valuable feedback afterward. Your input will help us grow the biggest Blues, Brews, and Barbeques Festival in the Hill Country.
